1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlsaTrade ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlsaTrade.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

2. Description of Service

AlsaTrade is a multi-exchange trading platform that provides tools for managing trades across cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets. The Platform supports connections to Binance, Bybit, and Alpaca exchanges.

The Platform is not:

  • A broker, dealer, or financial institution
  • A custodian of your funds — all assets remain on your connected exchanges
  • A provider of financial, investment, or tax advice
  • A guarantor of trade execution, price, or profit

The Platform provides tools including manual order placement, TradingView webhook automation, Pine Script strategy development, DCA and Grid trading bots, backtesting, and risk management. All trades are executed directly on your connected exchange accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your AlsaTrade account and on all connected exchange accounts. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. API Keys & Exchange Connections

To connect your exchange accounts, you provide API keys with specific permissions. These keys are encrypted using AES-128-CBC (Fernet) encryption and stored securely. We never have access to your exchange withdrawal permissions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Only provide API keys with trading permissions — never enable withdrawal permissions
  • Use IP-restricted API keys where supported by your exchange
  • Regularly rotate your API keys
  • Immediately revoke API keys if you suspect compromise

AlsaTrade is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised API keys, incorrect API key permissions, or exchange-side issues affecting trade execution.

5. Trading Risks

Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before using this Platform.

  • Leveraged trading (futures) can result in losses exceeding your initial investment
  • Past performance of any strategy, backtest, or trading bot does not guarantee future results
  • Automated trading systems may malfunction, experience delays, or execute unintended trades
  • Market conditions can change rapidly, and prices may gap beyond stop-loss levels
  • Exchange outages, API rate limits, and network issues may prevent timely trade execution

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through the Platform, whether manual or automated.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform software
  • Use the Platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization
  • Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the Platform's API beyond normal usage

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlsaTrade and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses resulting from your use of the Platform
  • Losses caused by exchange outages, API errors, or network failures
  • Losses from automated trading strategies, bots, or webhook executions
  • Inaccurate market data provided by third-party exchanges
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. General Provisions

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. Upon termination, your API keys will be removed from our systems.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
